Our Mission

The mission of DiverCity is to foster inclusive, democratic, and resilient communities by addressing discrimination, promoting diversity, and strengthening the capacity of local authorities to implement effective inclusion policies.

The project aims to bridge the gap between European anti-discrimination frameworks and their practical implementation at the municipal level. It does so by empowering local authorities, engaging citizens, especially youth, and promoting intercultural dialogue across communities.

Through awareness-raising activities, policy development, and participatory approaches such as Living Labs, DiverCity seeks to transform diversity into a strength. It promotes equal opportunities, combats hate speech and misinformation, and encourages active civic participation, ensuring that inclusion becomes an integral part of everyday life in European communities.
